Susan Lawrence, President
Susan is the Kids2Families founder and President. Susan is a graduate of Brigham Young University and completed a graduate program at the Wharton School of Finance and Commerce. She has worked as a financial advisor and investment manager for over 23 years and currently has her own wealth management group, Lawrence Investment Group of Wells Fargo Advisors.
Susan has vast experience fundraising and managing non-profit endowments. Susan and her husband started Kids2Families with the help of their children and friends. They are the parents of four children, three biological and one adopted (at the age of 9 through the U.S. Foster Child Program).

Paul Lawrence, Vice President, Treasurer, & Secretary
Paul is Vice-President and Treasurer of Kids2Families and has assisted Susan with other nonprofit programs pertaining to family welfare. Paul is a graduate of Seattle University and works as a private marketing consultant in the Puget Sound area.
Paul has also been involved in national Autism Awareness and Cure efforts. He has served often with youth groups at his church. Paul’s favorite hobbies include anything to do with his family.

Susann Smith, Executive Director
Susann is co-founder and Executive Director with Kids2Families. Susann is a mother of four (two biological and two adopted children) and grandmother of seven. She is a retired Information Technology Project Manager with an Associate Degree in Business from Champlain College, with work towards a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Development from Trinity College. She also is an accomplished singer and violinist and enjoys sharing her music with others.
Susann has a passion to help children without parents find the families they are meant to belong to. Susann has traveled extensively and experienced the devastation and hopelessness of children growing up without parents, as well as the joy and hopefulness of children who are finding their way with the help of foster, orphanage, and adoptive parents. Susann also has experience fundraising for and traveling to one orphanage in Cambodia. Susann is a co-founder of Kids2Families.

Marcelo Espinel, Board Member
Marcelo is a Board Member with Kids2Families. Marcelo was born and raised in Ecuador and now lives in the United States.His education includes a Civil Engineering degree, an MBA, and Engineering Master Degree from Brigham Young University, a PhD (Non-Accredited) from Ameritrade/Investools in Stock Market Investing. He has also taken several additional courses in engineering and marketing.
His engineering experience includes, among others, design and management of multi-million-dollar public and private projects. Through ingenuity and successful implementation of Value-Engineering recommendations he has been able to save both his employer and clients millions of dollars. His business administration experience includes the management of the Marketing/Sales Department for a multi-million dollar company in Arizona, the foundation and administration of a Non-Profit Foundation, and the management of 1200+ accounts of self-directed investors of the stock market.
He speaks fluent Spanish, Italian, and English and enjoys reading, traveling and public speaking. He has raised two sons and lives in the Salt Lake City, Utah area.

Kim Brown, Board Member
Kim is a Board Member with Kids2Families. Kim has 25 years in marketing and media with an extensive background in sales, strategic planning, creative production and media placement. Kim has worked with a variety of companies from start-ups to national corporations managing their marketing and advertising budgets. Kim has been the owner of Kim Brown & Associates, located in Sandy, UT, for over 10 years.
On a personal level, Kim has focused on bettering education in Utah County for children and young adults by serving on the UVU foundation board, as well as raising and donating funds to UVU and the Provo School District. Kim has also helped mentor new business owners in Utah County by serving on the Provo Business Development board. Kim belongs to the Utah County Women in Philanthropy group through United Way. She has three children, Jamison, Andrew and Rashelle, and three grandchildren.

Emily Lawrence, Board Member
Emily is a Board Member with Kids2Families. Emily is currently attending Brigham Young University-Idaho with a focus on Music. Emily has worked as a Sales Representative for Vector Marketing Company. In 2008 she was selected by Rotary International of Issaquah, WA to be their Student Foreign Ambassador as a foreign exchange student for a full year in Sweden. Emily is fluent in Swedish and has studied Japanese.
Emily has traveled to 13 countries using her skills in photography to capture the history and beauty in each area. Emily was a volunteer who raised funds and prepared presents to take to an orphanage in Cambodia with her family.
